(15,5) and (2,11) have a line through them with slope =
difference in y coordinates divided by difference in x coordinates
= (11-5)/(2-15) = -6/13

Slope is the change in y vs. the change in x (rise/run)
(y2 - y1)(x2 - x1) = (11 - 5)/(2 - 15) = 6/-13 = - 6/13
