step 1: Replace "x" term in f(x) with your g(x)!!
f(g(x)) = (x-8)4+5
step 2:Replace "x" term in f(g(x)) with your h(x)!!
f(g(h(x))) = ((√x)-8)4+5
Therefore your answer for f(g(h(x))) should be:
((√x)-8)4+5
