let a= 2x-3 and let b= x-6

(2x-3)^3 - (x-6)^3 = (2x-3-x+6)((2x-3)^2 +(2x-3)(x-6) + (x-6)^2)

= (x+3)(4x^2-12x+9 + 2x^2 -15x +18 + x^2 -12x +36)

= (x+3)(8x^2 -39x +63)
