Jovani has 200 feet of fencing to make a rectangular garden in his backyard. He wants the length to be 20 feet more than the width. Find the width.

200/2 = 20+W +W

2W =100-20 = 80

W = 80/2 = 40 feet

L= 20+40 = 60 feet

Perimeter = 200 = 2(L+W) = 2(40+60) = 2(100) = 200
