Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
f(x) = x
g(x)= (1/3)x is f(x) rotated about the origin, by 45-32 = 13 degrees, clockwise
f(x) is a straight line, y=x, 45 degree diagonal line through the origin
g(x) is a straight line y=x/3, about 32 degrees above the x axis
tan^-1(1/3) = about 32.175 degrees
from 45 to 32 is a 13 degree clockwise rotation, about (0,0)
