F/2 + 3S = 4T-16
T=S+1
S=F+1
T=F+2
F/2 +3(F+1) = 4(F+2) -16
F/2 +3F +3 = 4F +8 -16
F/2 = 3+16-8 = 11
F = 22
S= 23
T =24
22/2 +3(23) = 4(24)-16
11+69 = 96-16
80 = 80
Smallest = 22 years old = Juan's age
