Like Mark said, try drawing a diagram. First draw the 100m tall square pyramid with base side lengths of s. Then notice some similar triangles relating half a side length of the base of the 100m pyramid and half a side length of the base of the missing 100m-75m = 25m tall pyramid. Use the formula for the volume of a square pyramid and your ratio of pay will be (Volume(100m tall) - Volume(25m tall))/(Volume(100m tall))
