Start with the point-slope form: y2 - y1 = m(x2 - x1) where m is the slope.
(y -(-6)) = 9/5(x - (-6))
9x/5 + 54/5 = y + 6
9x/5 - y = -24/5

Note that the equation can be written with all INTEGER coefficients and the first coefficient POSITIVE as 9x - 5y = -2409/25/22
