You can contact Wyzant Customer Service by clicking the support button in the lower right hand corner of your screen when you are logged into Wyzant. It looks like this:

If you entered payment info in Wyzant, then your tutor will complete a lesson summary report, including the time they spent with you, and your account will be automatically debited.
