y=-3x +3

y=mx+b is the slope intercept form where m=slope=-3 and b= the y intercept=3

(0,3) is the y intercept with y =3=b

y=-3x+3 is the equation in slope intercept form

3x+y=3 is the equation in standard form ax+by=c where a=3, b=1, c=3

or

3x+y-3 = 0 in general form
