the graph of f(x) = -ln(x)
shows f(x) approaching negative infinity as x approaches positive infinity
the larger x gets, the smaller y becomes but at a slower rate
there is no limit to how negative f(x) becomes, as x grows larger
it may not be obvious from looking at the graph though
