How do I write a slope intercept equation for a line that passes through a point and is parallel to a vertical line?

How would I write the slope-intercept equation of a line that passes through(6,-6) and is parallel to x=-1?

How would I write a second equation for a line that passes through (6,-6) but is perpendicular to x=-1?
