The graph of x=-1 is a vertical line. The lines parallel to this would also be a vertical line. The vertical line that goes through the point (6,-6) is x=6
The line perpendicular to this would be a horizontal line, that is in the form y=constant. The line that goes through the point (6,-6) is y=-6
