What is the most important thing to learn when I have to learn muscles?

Start to understand their functions, because that will help you memorize their origins and insertions. Their innervations will become second nature when you learn the brachial plexus, because where the nerves are formed whether deep or superficial will help remember where they go down the arm to innervate the arm for example. There are tricks to remembering locations, and different mneomics I can teach you to remember. With my students usually understanding some of the "why" helps them understand the what they have to remember.
