Does this definition require that the phrase “through an online marketplace” be associated with both the verbs “used” and “advertised” or is the phrase only associated with the verb “advertised”? In other words, must a short term rental property involve an online marketplace to meet the definition of a short term rental property?

Though the grammar could technically imply that a short-term rental property must have an online marketplace, the context implies to me that it likely isn't necessary.
