A flagpole’s shadow was measured to be 44.78 m long, and the angle of elevation to the top of the pole from the end of the shadow was 15°. Find the height of the flagpole. (3 marks)

Quite a pole! You mixed up adjacent/opposite here. The angle is from the ground to the pole's top. Height = Shadow*tan(15°) = 12m
