the point isn't on any of the equation's lines
the first one might have worked except the sign is wrong
y=2x+6. plug in the point (-5,4) and see if the equation is true. replace x by -5 and y by 4
4=2(-5)+6
4=-10+6
4 =-4
if would have been on the line if the equation had been
-y =2x+6, then
-(4)=2(-5)+6
-4 =-4
plug in the point into every other equation, the you never get an equality. the point isn't on any of the lines described by any of the equations
