Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
(5/6)^-3 times (3/10)^-2
flip the fraction upside down and change the sign of the exponent:
= (6/5)^3 times (10/3)^2
= 6^3/5^3 times 10^2/3^2
multiply the numerators together divided by the denomnators multiplied together
= (6^3)(10^2)/(5^3)(3)^2
= 216(100)/125(9)
= 21600/1125
=19.2
or do some canceling 1st
(6^3)(10^2)/(5^3)(3)^2
= 6^3/3^2 times 10^2/5^3
= 3^3(2^3)/3^2 times 5^2(2^2)/5^3
= 3(2^3) times 2^2/5
=3(8)(4)/5
= 96/5
= 19.2
