The midpoint of the segment joining (-5,9) and (9,-1) is the center of the circle. Use the distance formula to find the radius of the circle (distance from center to one of the endpoints, or distance between endpoints divided by 2). Once you have those values use (x - h)2+(y - k)2 = r2 (center radius form for the equation of a circle where the center is located at (h, k) and r is the radius of the circle.
