5= (y+4)/(x-5)
y= 5x -25 -4
y =5x -29 in slope intercept form,
slope =5 = the coefficient of the x term when the equation is solved for y
the constant term = the y intercept =-29 or the point (0,-29)
check the answer
plug the point into the equation
-4 = 5(5) -29
-4 = 25-29
-4 = -4
