If they're consecutive integers, then the length is 1 larger than the width and L = W + 1
P = 2L + 2W Then 114 = 2(W + 1) + 2W -> 114 = 2W + 2 + 2W -> 114 = 2 + 4W
4W = 112, so W = 28 and L = 29
Check: 28 + 28 + 29 +29 = 114
