How would you put these numbers in a point-slope equation?

1.) Slope: 8/1: (x,y): (-8,-24)

2.) Slope: -1 (x,y): (-48,-8)

Thank you for the response. Although I messed up. I meant to ask slope-intercept form not point-slope equation. Sorry for the mistake.
