Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
1/10, 1/100. 1/1000, ... = 0.1, 0.01 0.001, ....
1/9, 1/99, 1/999 = 0.111..., 0.012345679, 0.001371742112...
3rd term in either sequence has 1 in the thousandths place, 3rd digit to the right of the decimal point
or if you meant you're looking for the 3rd 1, there is only 1 one in the 1st sequence for each term
in the 2nd sequence, the 3rd 1 appears between a 2 and the 4th 1, in the 10th digit to the right of the decimal point.

I also forgot to mention that you're adding each number.07/26/22

I believe this isn't correct since the pattern is infinite and you could keep adding them on so you would have to find a number with a factor of 11 which will be where your 1 will be. I'm not sure how to progress from here.07/26/22
