optimization drowning person

Consider a lifeguard at a circular pool with diameter 30 meters. He must reach someone at the exact opposite side of the pool, position C. The lifeguard swims from point A to point B with a speed v and runs around the pool from point B to point C with a speed of w=3v. Find a function that measures the total amount of time it takes to reach the drowning person as a function of the swim angle and speed v.
