c/7 is the quotient of c and 7
but it's a term, not an expression. you need more than one term to have an expression
c is the dividend. 7 is the divisor
so, maybe split it up into 2 terms, such as
c/14 + c/14
or
c/7 + 0 (this form gives you the quotient and remander of zero, although if c is not a multiply of 7, then c/7 will have a nonzero remainder)
or
c/21 + 2c/21
or an infinite number of other terms
c/21 + c/21 + c/21
no limit to the number of terms in the expression either
