usage of meet proposition

I need to find a motto for my shop. It's called Rainbow. What my motto should be?

Where art meets with culture&history

Both “meet with” and “meet” mean to come together to communicate. “Meet with” is used for people. Unless you intentionally want to personify art, culture and history, leave out “with”.

the Noah episode, where the rainbow indicates a God promise never to do it again, at least not by a world wide flood. local floods okay though.
