The hardships that many of the working class in Europe helped them into creating regime changes. One example is after the Black Plague, many peasant uprisings sprung up due the decreased population by high demand of skilled workers. Eventually these revolts increased the value of skilled workers during this time.
The French revolution was led mostly by dissatisfied working class which was the larges group in France. They did not have proper representation in the Estate Assembly, and were severely oppressed by ruling class. The reluctance of the ruling class to provide resources to it working class caused them to revolt and overthrew their monarchy.
Extreme pollical parties are looked down upon to its strict 2 party system. The U.S. also monitor organizations that are considered a threat to the nation. These extreme pollical parties are instead assimilate as a fringe areas of the two major parties.
