math hw help is appreciated

How is the product of a complex number and a real number represented on the coordinate plane?

A)When 2 + 3i is multiplied by 3, the result is 6 + 9i. Graphically, this shows that the product is a clockwise rotation of 90° of the complex number.

B) When 2 + 3i is multiplied by 3, the result is 6 + 9i. Graphically, this shows that the product is a scalar of the complex number

C) When 2 + 3i is multiplied by 3, the result is 6 + 9i. Graphically, this shows that the product is a counterclockwise rotation of 90° and a scalar of the complex number.

D) When 2 + 3i is multiplied by 3, the result is 6 + 9i. Graphically, this shows that the product is a counterclockwise rotation of 90° of the complex number.
