a) Parking lot A: # of spaces: 200, occupied 183, 90% light on or off?
b) Parking lot B: # of spaces: 300, occupied 255, 90% light on or off?
Question A. Which parking lot is more occupied?
Question B. For each parking lot, figure out whether the red light is on or off. Explain how you got your answer.
