Cheese costs $4.95 per pound
Ham costs 4/3 as much as Cheese = $4.95(4/3) = 1.65(4) = $6.60 per pound
2/3 pound of Ham is purchased costing 6.60(2/3) = 2.20(2) = $4.40
3/5 times as much Cheese is purchased = (3/5)(2/3)
= 2/5 pound of Cheese purchased, costing 4.95(2/5) = 0.99(2) = $1.98
4.40+1.98
= $6.38 = total cost
