What is 0.6666(repeting) as a percent?

0.666... = 66.666..%

just shift the decimal to the right twice (same as multiplying by 100)

or 0.666.. = 66 2/3%

2/3 = 0.666...

let x = 0.666...

10x = 6.666...

10x-x = 6.666...- 0.666.. = 6

9x = 6

x =6/9 = 2/3

0.666...= 2/3

2/3 x 100 = 200/3 = 66 2/3 %
