Is the following sentence correct regarding usuage of who and whom?

I agree with Rebecca's answer, however I see at least one issue at the end of your sentence.

The very end is not clear. Did you mean that all the people cited in your sentence embody love? Then start a new sentence: All of them embody this LOVE!

Or did you mean that Sue Mattero embodies this love?

In this case, you need to include a comma before the pronoun and delete "all" and agree the verb + subject.

Sue Mattero, all who embodies this LOVE!

The first "who" should be "whom" because "I have a crush on him" makes sense. With the second "who", it is correct because it does not make sense to say "him embodies this love". The rule you want to follow with when to use "who" or "whom" is does the statement make sense if you yous "him" in place of either word. (This only works and is true with the pronoun "him" because it is close to "whom".) "Whom do you love? I love him."
