I agree with Rebecca's answer, however I see at least one issue at the end of your sentence.
The very end is not clear. Did you mean that all the people cited in your sentence embody love? Then start a new sentence: All of them embody this LOVE!
Or did you mean that Sue Mattero embodies this love?
In this case, you need to include a comma before the pronoun and delete "all" and agree the verb + subject.
Sue Mattero, all who embodies this LOVE!
