2(10+17)x$12 = 54x12 = $648 total cost, if the shelf goes all around the inside
but if it just goes around the top and sides, then it's either 37x12 or 44x12 = $444 or $528
but there must be at least one lower shelf inside? and no need for a bottom ground level shelf, so then it's back to $648 total cost
add in more shelves and the cost goes up by $120 or $204 per extra shelf
by using "wide" and "long" it's ambiguous which is the the height
