math question related to money

Hello,

I have a quick question and was hoping that someone can assist me with this. I have terrible math skills. But anyways my question is, if a call cost 3 cents per minute and let's say the call is 15 minutes long will that cost me 45 cents? and If I 'm right- my next question is - my balance right now is at 38.72 dollars so when the next call comes in- will that bring my balance down to 38.27 dollars?

3 cents per minute

15 minutes is 3x15 = 45 cents = $0.45

$38.72 to $38.27 means 72-27= 45 cents less due to a 15 minute call
