y-4 = (4/3)(x-3)
y = (4/3)x -12/3 +4
y = (4/3)x is the equation through the given two points, in slope intercept form, with intercept =0
y=mx+b is the general form for a linear equation in slop intercept form, with m=slope and b= y intercept
if m=4/3 and b =0, the equation is y=(4/3)x + 0 or just y=(4/3)x
the y intercept is the origin (0,0). so is the x intercept
