That's assuming a relatively large population of people
If you had a relatively "smaller" population such as 100 people with 65 dog owners,
then P(2D) = (65/100)(64/99) = .4202 = 42.02%
if you had 650 dog owners in a group of 1000 then
Pr(2D) = (.65)(649/999) = .4223 = 42.23%
