McGraw-Hill Education publishes "500 Questiosn to know by test day ACT Math"
work through the 500 questions, check the answers in the appendix, work through them a 2nd or 3rd time. They cover most of the type of questions you'll encounter on the math protion of the actual ACT test.
There's likely similar books with sample test questions on the math portion of the SAT. IF you can't find them in bookstores, go to a place like Barnes and Nobel and order them. The money is probably worth it.
Or some cities, places near colleges offer review courses on the SAT, ACT and other standardized tests.
