asked 04/01/22I am the captain of this fine vessel upon these open seas! I love these long voyages over the deep blue: the further the voyage, the better. Irregardless of the length of the trip, I'm always elated to begin a new sailing journey. Out here, with no land in sight, I feel like I rein supreme over the vast depths of water that surround me. Now, please don't get me wrong, I respect the power and the unpredictability of the waves. I can except that the unexpected can happen out here, and I know that neither the ship nor I are impervious. But, with all that said, the rolling motion of the ship and the sting of the salt spray in the air has an almost incomprehensible affect on me. Maybe it's that I have fewer concerns to ponder in this great expanse.
