hi Eren. Think about it like this:
She runs 4,000 meters daily. (400 meter track x 10 laps)
that equals 4 kilometers. (1 kilometer for every 1000 meters)
so it will take her 3 days to run 12 kilometers.
or think like this
she runs 4000 meters daily
12K=12000 meters
so 4000meters/day times (x days) = 12000 or 4000x = 12000 same as 12000/4000 = x=3
Now how fast would she have to run if she spent exactly the same amount of time on the track to run 12 miles?-
