A plastic pipe 10 cm long has an outside diameter of 5 cm and an inside diameter of 4 cm. If the density of the plastic is 0.92 g/cm3, what is the mass of the pipe? Use 3.14 π , and round your answer to the nearest gram.

Mass = Density * Volume
Volume of hollowed cylinder = PI * (Router^2 - Rinner^2) * height
Router^2 = 5^2 = 25
Rinner^2 = 4^2 = 16
height = 10
volume = 3.14 * 9 * 10 = 282.6
Mass = 0.92 * 282.6 = 259.992 ~ 260
