y-3 = -25(x-4)
y = -25x +100 +3
y = -25x +103 where the coefficient of the x term is the slope and the constant term is the y intercept, when the equation is solved for y
UNLESS, you meant to write -3 = (-2/5)(x-4). Some posted questions seem to leave out the "/" in fractions.
then y = (-2/5)x +23/5 is the slope intercept form
or y =-.4x +4.6
