Each of those zeros means that the polynomial has an (x-a) component, where a is the value of x for the zero. So with those zeros, the polynomial is:
y = (x-4)(x-3)(x-2)
If we plug in 0 for x, we get y = -24, which meets the y-intercept requirement. You can multiply it out to get it into standard form, if required.
