if abby gives $10 to ben,then they will have the same amount of money. if ben gives $20 to abby, then shell have four times the amount of ben. how much money do each of them have in the start? (MATH QUESTION)

A -10= 10 + B

B =A-20

A+20 = 4(B-20) = 4(A-20-20)

A+20 = 4A -160

3A = 180

A =$60 for Abbey to start

B= $40. to start for Ben

Abbey gives $10 to Ben, then each has $50

Ben gives $20 to Abbey and Abbey has $80 and Ben has $20. 80=4 x 20
