After doing some research on this currency symbol, I realized this problem is based in the Philippines. Thus, I searched for the holidays in that country only. Based on that, I figured February 2022 has 28 days (Feb 1–28). Monica works Monday–Friday, 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 (8 hours) and earns ₱1,500 per working day. In February 2022, there are 20 weekdays (Mon–Fri). Two Philippine special non-working holidays fell on weekdays that month: February 1, 2022 (Chinese New Year) and February 25, 2022 (People Power/EDSA Anniversary). Because those two days were non-working holidays, they are not counted as regular working days. That leaves 18 working days for the month.
Calculation:
18 working days × ₱1,500/day = ₱27,000 net earnings for February 2022 (assuming no absences, no overtime, and that holiday pay/adjustments are not being applied beyond excluding those days).
