What the volume of the mug?

pi is about 3.14159

Volume = 176pi = about 176(3.14159) = 552.92 cubic centimeters

but sometimes they use 3.14 as the approximation to pi

that is less accurate, as it gives 176(3.14) = 552.64 cm^3

either way if you round off to nearest integer, the volume = 553 cm^3
