if you meant parallel to the x axis, which is probably what you meant, when you said the answer should be in the form y=something
in more explicit slope intercept form:
y = (0)x + 7 where 0 is the slope and 7 is the y intercept
which is the same as y=0+7 or y=7
IF by chance you actually meant parallel to the y axis
then the line is x=-6
that really doesn't convert to a slope intercept form
but if you tried to you'd get
(0)y =x +6
then divide by 0 which is not allowed, to get
y =(1/0)x + 6/0 with slope =1/0 which is undefined and y intercept = 6/0 which is also undefined
IF you tried to say slope = infinity, that might be true, but it could also be negative infinity. Same with the y intercept. Infinity and negative infinity are not real numbers, just limits which are never reached
