Does anyone know how to integrate this one simply, without using substitution?

∫₃⁴ (((√x - 2)/(√x + 2)) + ((√x + 2)/(√x - 2))) (x-4) dx

₃⁴∫[√x-2 /√x+2+√x+2/√x-2]√x-4.dx

= x²+8x ]₃⁴

= 15
