The vertices of triangle QRS are located at Q(2,2), R(-4,2), S(-4,-4).
Determine the coordinates of the vertices of each image of triangle QRS after the following transformations are performed.
Triangle QRS is reflected over the x-axis.

You should do as Mark suggests in the comments. Plot the triangle on a coordinate plane, then reflect each vertex across the x-axis. You can plot the points manually or use an on-line app such as desmos.com or geogebra.com. For a reflection, draw a line directly from the point to the x-axis, then continue across the x-axis by an equal distance - that's where the image is. Put a point there. Then you can read the coordinates of the image points directly off of your graph and maybe learn something along the way.

Here is an interactive explanation on Desmos. Hopefully it's not too complicated: https://www.desmos.com/calculator/ayr768ehft
A reflection across the x-axis does not change the x-coordinate. It may only change the y-coordinate. It switches the sign of the y-coordinate. So, for example, the point (2,2) would become (2,-2). Can you do the rest?
