is graphically a straight line, downward sloping, y intercept of 1 or (0,1) x intercept of 7/4 or (7/4, 0),
slope = -4/7
plot the two intercepts, the points (0,1) and (7/4, 0) and draw a straight line through them.
or if by chance you really intended to write the equation as y =-4/(7x) + 1, then the graph is a rectangular hyperbola with 2 separate branches, asymptotes of x=0 and y=1 That's actually what y=-4/7x + 1 means, but usually you didn't intend to mean that.
