g(4y) tells us replace any x variable in the function with the expression, 4y.
So, g(4y) = 3(4y)^2 - 2 Remember to square the coefficient AND the variable in parentheses.
g(4y) = 3(16y^2) - 2
g(4y) = 48y^2 - 2
Hope this helps!
