The slope-intercept equation of a line is: y = mx + b where m is the slope, b is the y-intercept.
You're already given the slope m, so you can write the equation as: y = (1/5)*x + b
To find b, plug the point you're given in the equation. In the pair (20,5), 20 is the x, 5 is the y so:
5 = (1/5)*20 + b
That means: 5 = 4 + b
Subtract 4 from both sides: b = 1
The equation is now complete: y = (1/5)*x + 1
